Data Centre Updates. We would like to advise all customers of power works on Sunday 7th November (11:30pm to 4:30am) and Saturday 27th November (11:30pm to 4:30am) at the DewaForce data centre. There will be intermittent connectivity during this time. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this work.

After weeks in planning, we finally introduce a new website into a new platform. We humanise the website a lit bit and more focus on social/health social mission. This platform will open more opportunities into further development.

Network Upgrades. On Sunday 26th September 2010, we will be performing a core infrastructure upgrade on our networks. This is expected to last 3 hours starting from 11pm. During this time the application may be intermittently unavailable.

This version includes new standard reports - Financial Counselling for Commonwealth Financial Counselling, Financial Counselling Service Statistics for Office of Fair Trading - Credit Counselling Program and  Financial Counselling Service Statistics for Office of Fair Trading - Responsible Gambling Fund.

We experienced some network performance degradation. The issue was isolated down to Denial of Service (DOS) attack on our partner network. This issue was resolved at approximately 14:00 by blocking the offending hosts. Thank you for pattience and please accept our appologies for any inconveniences cause by this.
